Nanjing is the first city to cancel all non-licensing approval procedures in China. Nanjing is also the first to issue a parallel examination and approval plan and a process optimization approach. Nanjing will vigorously promote regulation, audits, evaluation, and implementation of investment projects , implement online registration and filing for investment projects, and simplify environmental impact assessments.
